Creating more calm for educators and students.
Hello Curious Minds,
Weโre always looking for ways to spark creativity, calm the mind, and give ourselves tools we can use in everyday life. Thatโs why Iโm excited to share something new โ a three different virtual series designed for people in different walks of life who are ready to explore mindful creativity as a way to reset and recharge.
The first release is for ๐ The Art Chat ~ Lines, Loops & Letting Go for Educators

In this session, youโll explore simple doodling techniques that can:
Reduce stress and reset during busy days
Improve focus and mental clarity

๐ก Know an educator who could use a moment to breathe before the school year begins?
Forward this to them, invite them to join you, or share it with your school community. Sometimes the best gift we can give is the space to pause, recharge, and start fresh
โจ Why This Works for Educators
Research shows that short, engaging creative practices like doodling and other concepts can boost memory, emotional regulation, and problem-solving. For teachers, that means:
Personal benefit โ quick, portable stress relief during breaks or before class
Professional benefit โ a tool for students to reset after transitions or before a lesson
In just 30 minutes, weโll share how to use mindful doodling to reset your own mindset or help your students do the same โ sometimes in 10 seconds or less. Youโll also learn other simple techniques to manage your own stress or help students handle theirs in the moment.
